Bold Judaism at Beth Adam

At Congregation Beth Adam, Judaism is not something you follow without question. It is something you actively engage with, shape, and make your own.

From the very beginning, Beth Adam set out to create a different kind of Jewish community. One that reflects how people think, live, and connect today. Under the leadership of Rabbi Lauren Werber, and building on the vision first established by our founding rabbi, Robert Barr, this approach continues to evolve with intention and purpose.

Bold Judaism is how we describe that approach. It is open, inclusive, and rooted in the belief that meaning comes from how we live, how we treat others, and how we show up in the world.

This is not a traditional synagogue experience. It is more personal, more thoughtful, and more aligned with modern life.

At Beth Adam, belonging is not defined by background, labels, or level of observance.

Individuals, couples, and families of all kinds are fully included. Interfaith families are embraced, not accommodated. Participation is not limited. Everyone has the opportunity to engage, contribute, and find their place within the community.
